These gatherings bring the Lightyear community together to connect and create. Together we integrate concepts from Dorothy Espiau's body of work and Lightyear Leadership's holistic approach to leading and learning.

WHAT?
During this playful and empowering workshop, participants will co-create an environment and experience that fosters rapid transformation. Susanne Conrad will lead the group through the groundbreaking work of Geotran and Dorothy Wood Espiau in addition to Lightyear concepts and principles.
Some things you can expect: goal setting integrations, partner sharing, fun, discussion, reflection, and much more.
Movement and music are essential in the Lightyear methodology. There will be opportunities to hike and explore the beauty of Southern California.
WHO IS IT FOR?
This program is for someone looking to connect with the Lightyear community and deepen their understanding and access to the Lightyear and Geotran bodies of work.
Previous experience with the Gems of Excellence is awesome yet not required.
INVESTMENT?
The tuition investment for the workshop is $650*
*Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after the start of the program. A full refund will be available until September 7th, 2018. A 50% refund is available from September 7th through 18th, 2018.
