While the majority of participants who complete the 200+-hour Lightyear Leadership Coach Training requirements and criteria will become Lightyear Certified Guides and those that pass the audition process will become Lightyear Certified Coaches, certification will not be granted to any participant who fails to demonstrate the following: 1. A working understanding of the principles and concepts underlying the Lightyear Leadership approach 2. Competency in the full range of practical and logistical skills to effectively lead Lightyear Leadership programs and proficiency using lightyear.co 3. A level of emotional maturity, mental stability, and personal integrity sufficient to create and maintain a safe and sacred environment that allows personal transformation to occur 4. The ability to demonstrate good judgment when interacting with others and personal responsibility and accountability in all areas of life to the best of one's ability 5. English-fluency and the minimum age requirement of 18 6. Physical, mental and emotional preparedness to undergo Lightyear Coach Training and to host positive transformative moments with others By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read the Lightyear Coach Training Program Detail document and I understand the full commitment required of me as a participant. I understand that once accepted to this program, I will be evaluated upon my performance in completing all of the requirements and adhering to the above criteria. I also understand that simply completing all requirements does not guarantee my certification and that my level of dedication and effort in my completion will ultimately determine if I am successfully certified. I understand that all Lightyear program materials are under copyright protection and cannot be reproduced by me without permission of the author. Failure to comply may result in legal action.
