What You’ll Learn

If Personal Legacy teaches the understanding and leadership of the self, Integrated Leadership teaches tactics for dealing with and leading others. This comes down to intentional communication. At the end of this course you will be able to walk into any project, whether at home or in your office, and know what conversation is needed to move forward. Sometimes the participants simply need to step back and realign with one another, sometimes they need to brainstorm or have a depth and imagination conversation. With Lightyear’s five types of conversations you will feel at ease in any room.

What Is the Effort?

Integrated Leadership is made up of 19 multimedia assignments (syllabus below) that take 2-3 hours of coursework per week plus 90 minutes for the group sessions if you’re taking the leader-led course.

Is this course for you?

If you have already taken the Personal Legacy course and you are ready to supplement your journey into your personal development then this is the easy next step. This is an excellent course for someone who wants to learn how to better honor their intuition, and communicate well with others.

How it works

Self-Led:

If you choose the self led option, you will be able to navigate the sessions at your own pace, completing and checking things off as you go. In addition you will also have access to complimentary light hours, video chats with Susanne and faculty members, to clarify any questions you may have.

Leader-Led:

In a leader-led course, you will go through each session one at a time, and participate in four live video conferences with a Lightyear faculty member or Lightyear Founder, Susanne Conrad. The conferencing time is predetermined per course, so you will select and commit to the time in advance. In addition you will also have access to complimentary light hours, video chats with Susanne and faculty members, to clarify any questions you may have.
