Lightyear works closely with imagine1day to create sustainable leadership programs in Ethiopia. Susanne has trained 30 leaders who are developed to lead foundational Lightyear programs on the ground in Ethiopia. Lightyear is committed to supporting imagine1day's goal by providing subsidized leadership development opportunities for teachers, students, education advisors and government ministers.
